Once your vehicle is assigned to a driver/carrier, the driver will call you to schedule a pickup the day before arrival and pick-up time. On the day of pick-up the driver will call roughly an 2-4 hours before arrival for confirmation.

Upon arrival the driver will do a complete inspection of the vehicle to note vehicle damages, if any. Both of you will sign off on the bill of lading, and then the car will be loaded & shipped.
